SOCIAL: "LEGAL FIRM" FORMAL DEFINITION

Legal Firm:  A firm that has been legally intrigued.  It is differentiated from a "Law Firm" in that a "Law Firm" is operated by Attorneys to provide legal services per the Bar Association and the Law Society.  Legal therein means that the context to which a person, place, thing or event involves law and the intrigue of primary and secondary sources which then may supplement it to result in advocacy services.  Whereas "advocacy" is defined as the act of a plea or pleading.  Firm therein means a for profit business usually held by an individual and his or her partners.  The term "Legal Firm" originates from the 19 century in London (Lexicon 2022) and such term is not currently used to depict the business of Law that Attorneys are authorized to conduct.  The "Legal Firm" is held by qualified individuals with degrees and certifications that allow the individual to conduct formal and preliminary investigations on specific persons, places, things or events which has been involved in a matter pertaining to law.  "Legal Firms" streamline the process that clients go through in litigation through a Lawyer.  Legal Firms provide the preliminary research by which could help the Lawyer gain the insight needed for a specific matter.  Legal Firms are independent from Law Firms, the Bar Association and the Law Society.  Legal Firms are only accountable to the degree holders University or College.  The individuals that operate a Legal Firm can serve as "expert witnesses," in existing legal matters litigated through Attorneys and Prosecutors.  This is because of "acctual" or "apparent" authority.  There is a percieved conflict with the emergence of "Legal Firms" as "Law Firms" may claim that the aforementioned reduces the integrity of the issue of the client.  Legal Firms provide the literary context by which that person, place, thing or event has undergone based on an explanation by the client.  Regaurdless, explanations are always noted and the explanation provided on the initial day are always used and not changed and if changed the meaning remains unaltered.  Further, those that operate the Legal Firm are under a vicarious responsibility of their educational institution henceforth they operate with some degree of fiduciary intent and action.
